At Cou Cou Intimates, we want you to feel confident in your essentials; we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates must be returned with all tags attached and no signs of wear.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
